1. General provisions
These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the website available at pepero.pl (the “Website”) and for submitting enquiries via the contact form.
The Website operator is Pepero-Polo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Ląd, ul. Wygonowa 6, 62-405 Ląd (the “Operator”).
By using the Website, including sending an enquiry via the form, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the form.
2. Nature of the Website
The Website is informational and business-oriented (B2B). It presents dried vegetables, herbs, blends and processing services.
Product and service information does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices, availability and specifications are agreed individually.
3. Rules of use
- You agree to use the Website lawfully, in accordance with good practice and these Terms.
- It is prohibited to submit unlawful, offensive, spam or disruptive content.
- It is prohibited to take actions that compromise Website security (including hacking attempts, automated mass submissions, vulnerability scanning).
- The Operator may temporarily restrict access for technical or security reasons.
4. Contact form
The form is intended solely for business enquiries (product offer, processing services, cooperation). It is not an online shop or a tool for placing binding orders.
Submitting a message via the form:
- does not constitute a sales contract, service contract or order,
- is an invitation to contact / start business correspondence,
- requires completion of mandatory fields and ticking the data processing consent,
- means acceptance of these Terms and confirmation that you have read the Privacy Policy.
The Operator will endeavour to reply within a reasonable time (usually on business days), but does not guarantee a response time or cooperation.
Do not submit unlawful content, third-party data without legal basis, passwords, payment data or attachments that may contain malware. The Operator may not reply to messages that breach these rules or appear to be spam.

5. Intellectual property
Website content (text, images, logo, layout) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Operator or authorised parties. Copying and distribution without consent is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

Matters not covered herein are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
